  1. Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your packaging products must be unused, in their original condition, and securely packed. Customised or personalised items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
     
  2. Initiating a Return: If you wish to return your packaging products, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. You can reach us through contact us page or by visiting our Returns Policy page. Kindly provide your order number, product details, and the reason for the return.
     
  3. Return Authorization: Once your return request is received and approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include this RA number on the package you are returning.
     
  4. Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the returned package reaches us safely.
     
  5. Refunds and Exchanges: Once we receive your returned package and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping fees and any applicable customization charges are non-refundable.

If you wish to exchange your packaging products for an alternative item, please contact our customer support team. We will assist you in selecting a suitable replacement and guide you through the exchange process.

  1. Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that you receive damaged or defective packaging products, please contact us immediately. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a return or replacement, depending on the specific situation.
